Mr. Yi Bao is the founder and chairman of Cedarlake Capital, with nearly 20 years successful experience of investment banking, financial service and capital market in the U.S., Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr. Yi Bao is a well-known Advisor for investment, financing and M&A activities of Chinese enterprises within and outside Chinese market. He is also the promoter and executor of many important transactions.

Before founding Cedarlake Capital, Mr. Yi Bao was the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Asia and the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Securities (China).

Mr. Yi Bao was also the founding chairman of Granday Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and had worked for world renowned firms such as Lazard and Deloitte Consulting.

Mr. Bao is the Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Association of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, and the Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Enterprise Economic Development Committee, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Mr. Bao holds an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is recognized as a top financial expert in the Pudong New Area 100-Talent Program. Mr. Bao is also a council member of Shanghai Concord Bilingual School.
